ABOUT THE JOB
Working closely with the YoPRO Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for providing operational support including performance tracking, project management and contribution to the overall brand strategy for our YoPRO products.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· Brand performance – track the brands performance, providing reports and recommendations whilst also managing the budgets and expenditure
· Market analysis – using your understanding of the market, analyze competitor performance including product tastings to ensure we have brand superiority
· Project management – involve yourself in various cross functional projects and innovation including packaging design and development of new product projects.
· Campaign management – develop brand activations for in store/digital and sponsorships, monitoring their performance and working closely with partner agencies
· Strategy – contribute to the overall brand vision and strategy
ABOUT YOU
This is a fantastic role for an Assistant Brand Manager wanting to expose themselves to life in a busy and dynamic global organisation, working on an innovative brand with growth ambitions. You will possess agility and organisation to manage competing priorities whilst using fantastic relationship building skills both internally and externally from the business.
Ideally you will have:
· At least 1 years’ experience working as an Assistant Brand Manager in the FMCG sector
· University degree in business/management or marketing
· A passion for health and fitness
· A pro-active, positive attitude and adaptive learning ability
· Analytical and able to identify opportunity and risk to understand consumer behavior
· Basic understanding of digital/social media marketing and website CMS
· Exposure to various data analysis tools such as Nielsen and IRI
· Demonstrated NPD & project management experience
· Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage various stakeholders
· Able to work autonomously and within a high performing, fast paced team
