Danone's supply point, Harrogate Spring Water, has an exiciting opportunity for the position of Financial Controller to join the senior leadership team.  
About you

With previous experience as a Financial Controller wihtin the manufacturing environment, will have: 

- Degree level or professional equivalent 

- Authentic leadership 

- Experience of developing a Site Strategic Operational plan 

- Ability to gain trust of senior stakeholders and employees to understand and address their needs

- Confident to work autonomously, to deliver under pressure, dealing with ambiguity and to challenge at all levels in order to achieve the best outcome

- Solution focussed, able to deliver the business agenda and people engagement priorities 

- Fast learner: curious with a desire to learn internally and externally.  Looking for continuous improvements, identifying and implementing best practice

- Strong analytical skills, comfortable wtih numbers, data and systems and able to present 

- Excellent coaching capabilities and leads with emotional intelligence

Salary Banding £70,000 - £75,000pa
