YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75), in our superb HQ, as of September 2024.

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone, Eric, Global Leadership Programs director, will help you cross the finish line:

Within the Corporate HR department (the organization which brings together the Talent and Learning functions at the Global level), the Danone Academy global team is looking for an apprentice to assist in the creation and deployment of a global learning strategy, guidelines and processes all over the world.

Duties and responsibilities:
Supervised by an experienced manager, you will evolve on the following missions :

·   Support learning managers and global learning team in the analysis and visualization of global learning data and impact studies
•    Participation in design and delivery of global learning initiatives at Group level (elearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.)
•    Creation of communication supports for our learning programs to promote them within the Group
•    To lead LMS output processes: learning tracking, evaluation reporting and consolidation of reports for decision making
•    Proactively looks for new ways of exploiting data in the system for better and more informed action plans
•    Ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries

THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP:

·  Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
·  Your salary will depend on our apprentice salary grid, your age and study level.

About you

The must have:
•    You are currently involved in a master’s degree program with a HR major and you are looking for an apprenticeship
•    You are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment
•    You demonstrate an interest in issues related to Learning and Development
•    You are interested and motivated by data analytics and visualization using Excel and PowerBI data and you are willing to learn new approaches on these tools
•    You are recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills
The nice to have :
•    You ideally have a previous experience in Human Resources
•    Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be a plus
