We are now recruiting a People and Organisation Executive to join the dynamic People and Organisation team.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
Reporting to the General Manager People and Organisation, the People and Organisation Executive will be given the mission to provide support to the different functions across the People & Organisation division on their projects or initiatives as deemed necessary. You will be partnering closely with HR Business Services and People Experience in looking after our people lifecycle, all the way from pre-employment preparation to on-boarding and off-boarding.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Support the General Manager Organisation Development & Human Resources with the facilitation, consolidation and follow up of the roadmaps and project executions agreed by the P&O team or as required by the business.

Support employee engagement activities including the coordination of working groups, logistics and setup, catering, activities arrangement, designing and purchasing collateral, communications etc. Serve as the point of contact for HRBS team in relation to all aspects of the employee and retail partner lifecycle – onboarding to offboarding.

Workday data Management in conjunction with the HRBS team.

Work with People Experience Team and People Managers to prepare and coordinate 100-day onboarding programs for all office new joiners.

Serve as a general support to each of the teams within People & Organization – i.e. Business Partnering, People Experience, People Operations & Performance and Talent Acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
You will be a highly organised, process-driven professional with hands on experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation. You will be accustomed to managing competing priorities with a good understanding of different elements of human resource management.
You will ideally possess a minimum Bachelor level qualification in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline and have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent Excel knowledge will be highly regarded. Enthusiasm to learn and take your charge of your own professional development and career with The House, is essential.
