Title: Intern –Architecture Studio

Reports to: Architecture Studio Manager

Internship duration:  6months in 2025- Stating 1st JUNE 2025 – 30th December 2025

Missions

·  Assisting coordination and technical activities relating to architecture projects, including supporting the architectural designers, archiving and reviewing drafts, materials and support local fabricator and construction on site.
·  Assisting coordinate relevant design details, and support communication with relevant parties such as venders and contractors.
·  Researching up-to-date sustainable design trend, construction, and technology by reading industry publications, manuals, and textbooks.

Requirements

·  Native Japanese, Advanced level in English.
·  Holding an appropriate Working Visa in case of non-Japanese nationality.
·  CAD / Sketch up / Excel / Power Point skills are a MUST.
·  Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline, including skills to operate AutoCAD drafting and 3d modelling.
·  Confident in written and oral communication skills.
·  Strict adherence to deadlines.
·  Experience on Revit/BIM.
