Job description
Job Mission:
· Assists total marketing team but specifically Fragrance categories
· This position should assist all the operational works for local Fragrance product managers with new launches and coordinate all offline & online needs for campaign.
· She/he also should assist multiple preparations of regular counter/marketing team’s support including Selling products & Non-selling item allocation/delivery and 3 axis data consolidation for the reports.
· She/he needs to support whole marking team with all collaborative consolidation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting all marketing team but specifically Skincare/Fragrance categories for all the campaigns
· Support execution of all skincare and fragrance campaigns (from planning to launch, and after follow-up)
· Communicate with Distribution Center to schedule delivery of campaign items and consolidate shipping requests from VM and product teams.
· Complete weekly campaign reports and campaign result announcement to stores
· Assist production of local campaign materials: brochure, sachet book, leaflet
· Prepare BA Accessary/ gifts for assembly and delivery to all POS.
· Coordinate with vendors to assemble, stock and deliver non-sales items
· Distribute Pre-series products to relevant teams including regulatory, retail team, POE team.
Supporting regular counter/marketing team
· Extract and organize daily/weekly/monthly sales data for whole marketing team
· Assist data analysis and consolidation of ad hoc reports and prepare quarterly Beaute Research results
· Monthly monitoring of competitive trend and consolidate Market Flash reports
· Support expense management and consolidate budget file on a monthly basis
· Consolidate regular sample list (SC/MU/FR) on a monthly basis
· Ensure expiring sales support materials are organized and destroyed from the archive room
Assisting marketing events
· Support overall operation of fragrance and skincare events
· Support promoter training, uniform and overall coordination and product allocation
· Ensure on-time delivery of all necessary materials (delivery schedule, stock replenishment, urgent delivery)
· Check SPM stocks after the events and ensure timely consumption of SPM
· Consolidate event results (sales results and feedback)
