Job description
Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:
· Base on Product marketing calendar, to develop Tmall marketing calendar, lead campaign planning & execution, new product launch in Tmall channel & drive performance optimization
· Brief in assets needs to AD, & make sure assets preparation & go live on time base on Tmall campaign calendar including Tmall media assets, search, in-store etc multiple touch points inside Tmall
· Base on global roadmap eg. feature/function, user experience revamp/optimization, new digital tools etc. to develop Tmall roadmap, check technical feasibility in Tmall channel & lead local adaptation/ execution.
· Brief in project/new function & feature/new experience intention/needs to AD/IT, and seek support/co-work to develop in Tmall, lead project execution and make sure launch on time.
· Manage Tmall flagship store E merchandising plan/product prioritization by understanding of product performance/trend.
· Understand Tmall flagship store traffic, traffic trend & traffic construction to drive traffic generation plan & traffic optimization as yearly, monthly, daily basis.
· Closely work with global Ecommerce team to drive valuable discussion regarding Tmall new intentions base on yearly objectives & get China initiatives validate & actioned.
· Campaign, assets performance analysis and lead feedback to global/cross functional teams for future improvement
· Deep understand of Tmall clients’ profiles, user behaviors to lead user experience in-store optimization.
· Seeding insights/relevant market practices/new trends to global & local cross functions team to drive Tmall long term plan/improvement
