Chanel Scandinavia is currently looking for a talented Marketing & Visual Merchandising intern with an analytical mindset and excellent execution abilities to join our Scandinavian Marketing Department for Fragrance & Beauty.

As part of the Scandinavian Marketing Department, your role is to support the planning, execution, and follow-up on all go-to-market activities, in line with brand image and business priorities. To succeed in this position, you must have an interest in the luxury industry, have an aesthetic eye with attention to details, and have a positive can-do attitude. You should be comfortable with prioritizing and structuring your tasks while juggling various demands in a fast-paced business environment.

Your responsibilities and tasks as an Intern are:

To support with various administrative and practical tasks, such as:

·  Support the implementation of new launches in the Region in accordance with Global guidelines and regional priorities.
·  Support with visual merchandising; bringing launches and animations to life in our retail points of sale e.g., visual updates, production of merchandising elements with third party vendors, in-store merchandising, regular store visits and competitor analysis.
·  Servicing visual merchandising needs and maintain consistent communication with of our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique staff.
·  Assist in organizing and execution on local marketing projects e.g., trade activations, events, and boutique openings.
·  Be self-motivated and proactive while monitoring and following-up on all assigned projects.

We are looking for:

·  Relevant education BA degree or MA degree within Marketing and/or Business.
·  Commercial mindset and understanding of marketing and sales principles.
·  Computer savvy: significant knowledge in M. Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
·  Strong analytical skills.
·  Open-minded team- player, passionate and willing to go that extra mile.
·  Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced deadline-driven environment.
·  Well-organized, with the ability to self-manage projects, track, and meet important timings.
·  Excellent communication and writing skills in English and one Scandinavian language.

This position is a part-time role, in an inspiring and international environment. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, this position is a part-time role and you are expected to work 20 hours a week. You will be trusted with a broad range of responsibilities from day one.
