E-BUSINESS MANAGER
Location : Panamá, Panamá City
Reports to : Head of Digital & Media
Contract : Full time and permanent position

The E-Business Manager leads local e-business and digital marketing initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to drive online channel growth. Reports to the Head of Digital & Media and oversees project management, data analysis, and coordination with agencies, distributors, and partners.

E-Commerce & Digital Strategy
· Develop and execute the local e-business strategy aligned with marketing and sales goals.
· Identify growth opportunities across online channels (own platform and distributors).
· Monitor and optimize website performance and other digital platforms.
· Enhance customer loyalty by implementing strategies that foster long-term relationships and improve the overall customer experience across digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
· Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and e-commerce performance.
· Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making.
· Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to combine market insights with digital data.
Project Management
· Lead end-to-end digital projects (site launches, integrations, UX/UI improvements, etc.).
· Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery.
· Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns and online activations.
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration
· Work closely with Regional, Product, Marketing, Distributors, Commercial and Retailers to align on OCDs and launch waves.
· Integrate digital tactics into overall brand communication plans.
· Regularly report progress and results to the Head of Digital & Media.
External Stakeholder Coordination
· Manage digital agencies: briefing, campaign follow-up, media optimization.
· Liaise with distributors to ensure consistent digital presence and online sales tracking.

· Fluency in English and Spanish: Strong communication skills in both languages, ensuring seamless collaboration in LATAM and international markets.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Extensive digital expertise: Strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, with a focus on driving online growth.
· Data-driven mindset: Proven ability to leverage data and insights to optimize performance and guide strategic decisions.
· Project management skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end digital projects to successful completion.
· Team leadership: Experience in managing teams, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and achieving shared goals.
· Strong collaboration: Experience working with internal teams (region, marketing, product, marketing intelligence) and external partners (agencies, distributors) to achieve shared goals.
· Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Passion for digital marketing: Keen interest in media planning, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and Power BI.
· Proactive and eager to learn: A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to grow within a global organization.
