CHANEL is looking for a Beauty Advisor (parttime 80%) for our Fragrance & Beauty boutique in Galeries Lafayette. Are you an all-round Beauty Advisor, passionate about cosmetics, and have sales experience in the luxury sector? Then we warmly invite you to apply.

In this role, you will work in a passionate team in CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty boutique with the full CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty portfolio, including the exclusive collections.

Your main activities are:

Client experience, advice, and sales:

·  You provide tailored advice to customers regarding makeup, skincare, and perfume
·  You approach customers to introduce them to CHANEL makeup, perfume, and skincare, as well as our exclusive collections
·  You introduce new products to customers and provide the necessary (technical) information
·  You are highly commercially minded and involved in meeting targets

Customer relationship:

·  You actively invite customers to enroll in the CHANEL database
·  You maintain an active relationship with your customers and actively invite them to services and events
·  You motivate customers by informing and advising them about CHANEL and its products

Visual Merchandising & presentation:

·  You ensure an optimal situation within the boutique by taking care of the right merchandising and presentations, ensuring compliance and execution of the marketing-provided resources, and adherence to the policy

Profile: 

·  Passion for serving customers, cosmetics and CHANEL
·  Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
·  Education in makeup artistry and/or beauty specialist
·  Excellent social and communication skills, commercial, presentable, and independent
·  Fluent in English and French
·  Flexible with working according to the opening hours of Galeries Lafayette

This is a parttime position (80%) in Galeries Lafayette. Working days and hours are in consultation, with a focus on commercial days. We are looking for a new colleague who fits in our team and with the style of CHANEL.
