Position Description:

Security clearance: Must be able to meet the requirements for obtaining a reliability level clearance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional UI/UX experiences.
•Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather user insights and inform design decisions.
•Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
•Ensure UI elements and interactions are consistent, intuitive, and accessible across all devices.
•Translate design concepts into production-ready assets for developers, including style guides and component libraries.
•Stay up to date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
•Participate in code reviews and provide design feedback to ensure a seamless user experience.
•Advocate for user-centered design principles within the development team."

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•5+ years of experience as an UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on user experience (UX).
•Proven track record of designing and implementing complex user interfaces for SPAs.
•In-depth knowledge of design principles like user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
•Expertise in ReactJS and understanding of web development concepts.
•Mastery of Figma for design prototyping and collaboration.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design.
•A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
•Portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects, particularly those using ReactJS and Figma.

Nice to have:
"•Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps implementation experience
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Data Warehouse tools (DataStage, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
•Demonstrated understanding of Resiliency requirements - Clustering, Failover and Disaster Recovery
•Demonstrated ability to analyze, assess and problem-solve, making sound decisions/recommendations
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently while meeting completion dates
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
