Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences. You will work closely with various teams, including product and development teams, to design user-centered interfaces. Your main mission will be to transform user needs and business goals into functional and engaging designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts, incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Design visually appealing user interfaces, optimized for usability and smooth interactions.
- Conduct user testing to validate design concepts and refine interfaces based on feedback.
- Maintain visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and new technologies to incorporate best practices into your creations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Residence in the Greater Montreal area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Experience Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in UX and content design, including UX writing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for digital products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Assets:
- Proficiency with design tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
