UTL - Solution Consultant

Position Description
With a growing pipeline for implementations and a need for seasoned ARM solution consultants, the Utilities solutions group is looking to transfer a skilled individual from IGDC. Primary role will be to support and participate on ARM project implementation teams as an ARM functional analyst Your future duties and responsibilities
The Solution Consultant’s responsibilities are:
? Own the solution design/definition for the implementation project
? Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CGI EAM system (ARM)
? Develop business process flows to meet client business requirements
? Configure ARM to support the designed business process flows
? Document requirements e.g. reports, interfaces, extensions
? Developing detailed design documents for any new functionality
? Ensuring that new functionality meets the business needs of our users
? Presenting completed designs to the product teams in design sessions
? Conduct product overview and user training
? Provide user support during project
? Site Acceptance Testing Support
? Creating user documentation
? Developing and reviewing test scripts
? Deployment Support
? Provide knowledge transfer to support organization Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree
? 1-5 years experience
? 75% or more travel to client locations (domestic)
? Energy/Utility industry experience (preferred) Build your career with us.
