Position Description:
The member will solely be responsible with end-to-end onboarding activities for PGDC and with close coordination with candidates, recruiters and support partners. Member needs to ensure 100% compliance to avoid legal and audit findings. Other responsibilities also include preparation &/or presentation of reports related to onboarding, vendor management which includes contract management and compliance to data privacy and security assessments and lastly assist in policy and/or process improvements related to on-boarding that need to be implemented.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Conducts candidate’s pre-employment requirements discussion and monitoring of these requirements. Assists them regarding their queries and/or concerns.
• Audits recruitment documents for process and audit compliance.
• Accurate data entry in the system (job information and personal information of the candidates) to ensure availability of their access on Day 1 of joining.
• Ensures completeness of candidate’s 201 file (mandatory pre-employment requirements/contracts) for handover to GBS prior Day 1 of joining.
• Initiates background check cases; monitors & reviews them and secure approvals as needed.
• Coordinates and follow up for results of Background verification and PEME (pre-employment examination).
• Coordination with relevant departments to notify and prepare for new joiners (GBS for employee number creation, IS-IT for asset needs, FASH for physical ID creation & biometric access creation).
• Prepares, reviews & sends employment contracts to candidates who are yet to join.
• Report preparation & maintenance of candidate’s onboarding status and background check tracker.
• Closure of HRSC cases raised via PSA.
• Maintains various templates (contracts, onboarding forms, agreements, process guidelines) & update for any enhancements.
• Preparation of member referral fees and sends to GBS/Payroll for timely payout.
• Vendor Management - Processing of billings/invoices of onboarding vendors via E-procurement system.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Graduate of any business related course.
