Position Description:

Trade Support analyst, 0–1-year, US shift, ODC env
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field
Position Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates to join our Trade Finance Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in banking operations and gain hands-on exposure to global trade finance products and processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the processing and monitoring of trade finance transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end processing of Trade Finance products such as:

. Letters of Credit (LC)/Bank Guarantees (BG)/Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)
. Documentary Collections (DP/DA)

Review and validate trade documents in line with internal procedures and international trade rules.
Ensure transactions are processed accurately within agreed SLAs.
Perform data entry and system updates with high attention to detail.
Identify discrepancies or exceptions and escalate to senior team members.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
Support compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Participate in training programs to develop product and process knowledge.
Must-Have Skills:

. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Economics, or related field.
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
. Basic understanding of banking or finance concepts.
. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
. Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
. Ability to work in night shifts.

 
Good-to-Have Skills:

. Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data sorting, filtering, etc.).
. Good written and verbal communication skills.
. Basic knowledge of international trade or banking operations.
. Certifications in Trade Finance such as:
. London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) – CITF or equivalent
. Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) – CITF Trade Finance Certification
. Any equivalent trade finance or banking certification
