Position Description:
Are you looking to build your career in an office environment and enjoy working with people? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive person to join our team in a full‑time Front Office / Administrative Support role. Previous office experience is welcome, but not required — we're happy to support your learning and development.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Being the welcoming face of our company by greeting guests and providing professional customer service
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails, and passing messages to the right team members
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring proper document circulation
• Working closely with the Facility Manager and supporting various administrative projects
• Coordinating courier services and deliveries
• Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when needed
• Cooperating with cleaning services, vendors, and other administrative suppliers
• Liaising with the building management and technical services
• Taking care of the overall look and feel of the office, including the reception area and meeting rooms
• Supporting employees with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
• Helping organize internal and external meetings and company events
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Very good command of Polish and English
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good organizational skills and a hands‑on, energetic approach to work
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative and attention to detail
• Confidence working with MS Office tools
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment
What we offer:
• Full‑time contract (8 hours per day)
• Working hours: 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
