CGI is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator Co-op to join our team in Toronto. CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Design and build high-impact client-facing presentations (PowerPoint) that support sales pursuits, executive briefings, proposals and thought leadership
- Create visually compelling graphics, charts, and layouts that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns promoting CGI’s IP, consulting services, and solutions
- Assist in creating engaging visual and written content for multiple channels, including social media, web, email newsletters, and event materials
- Coordinate and support marketing assets for events such as trade shows, webinars, and client-focused forums (slides, signage, handouts, digital assets)
- Conduct market and industry research to support presentation content, messaging and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with global marketing and sales teams to ensure all materials align with CGI brand standards and visual guidelines
- Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives
- Provide general marketing and project coordination support as needed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or related program
- Strong PowerPoint skills with a demonstrated interest in presentation design and visual storytelling
- Experience creating graphics, layouts, and visual assets (charts, infographics, icons, templates)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Creative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
