Job Summary:
• We are seeking a Salesforce Developer (Level 2) with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, and deployment practices.
• You will work as part of an Agile delivery team, contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and controllers
• Implement reusable, scalable, and high‑performance custom solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization

Lightning & UI Development:
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura components
• Customize Salesforce UI using Lightning App Builder, Flows, and Custom Components
• Ensure UI and client-side logic adhere to performance and security standards

Integrations & APIs:
• Design and implement API-based integrations using REST and SOAP services
• Develop outbound callouts and handle inbound integrations with external systems
• Work with authentication methods such as OAuth and handle data transformations and error handling

Data Model & Security:
• Design and maintain Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects
• Define and manage object relationships (lookup, master-detail, junction models)
• Implement Salesforce security and access controls using profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security

Deployment & CI/CD:
• Support and execute deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, and source-driven development
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure reliable and controlled releases across environments

Agile Delivery & Collaboration:
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Estimate development effort, identify risks, and proactively resolve technical issues

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing)
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Framework
• Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture
• Familiarity with deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, SFDX)
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline-based deployments

Methodologies & Tools:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning
