Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant/Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing HR solutions that improve employee experience and streamline HR processes. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and support the continuous evolution of the HRSD platform.
· Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions
· Support and optimize HR Case Management, Employee Center, and HR service delivery processes
· Analyze business requirements and design scalable HR workflows and solutions
· Develop and implement lifecycle events, service catalogs, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules
· Support integrations with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, and other third-party platforms
· Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities related to the ServiceNow platform
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency
· Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
· Support testing activities, platform upgrades, and release management processes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
· Experience with HR Case Management and Employee Center
· Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and architecture
· Experience developing workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules
· Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration best practices
· Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
· Professional working proficiency in English
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is considered an advantage
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR) certification is considered an advantage
· Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, or similar HR platforms is considered an advantage
· German language skills are considered an advantage
