Position Description:
This position starts with a comprehensive bootcamp training program that allows successful hires to learn the functional aspects of a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with potential specializations in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing (MFG), and Finance.
This role is designed for early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) or new graduates who are eager to enhance their technical knowledge and gain hands-on experience with major ERP platforms like SAP, M3, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Trainees are expected to attend and complete all sessions of the bootcamp program.
• The learning experience is a dynamic combination of instructor-led discussions, hands-on workshops, research projects, and self-study assignments.
• At the end of the training, you will complete a capstone project within a given timeframe and present your solution to a panel of experts.
• The panel's assessment of your project and overall performance throughout the program will determine your potential project engagements.
• Upon successful deployment to a project, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the support rotation to handle various customer needs.
- Assisting customers with their system issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assisting with the generation of reports and fulfilling other project requirements.
- Training or assisting colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
• Performing other tasks as requested by the project leadership.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• A Bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related field.
• A strong eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
• The ability to adapt to different kinds of work and tasks.
• Prior experience or basic knowledge in any ERP system (such as SAP, M3, or Dynamics) in areas like SCM, MFG, or Finance will be considered a significant advantage.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 1-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
• Must be amenable to sign a 2.6-year training bond agreement.
