Your future duties and responsibilities:
This role can be performed from offices in: Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Middletown NJ
. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans using both agile and waterfall methodologies, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Track progress, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation plans. Develop and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations to communicate project status, timelines, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.
. Leadership & Communication: Manage and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Prepare clear project status updates, both daily and weekly, tailored for various stakeholders. Create effective PowerPoint decks and summaries to communicate project progress to leadership. Take direction well and translate input into actionable plans.
. Stakeholder & Office Dynamics: Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, managing upward and laterally. Navigate organizational and office politics to ensure project success.
. Problem Solving & Task Management: Break down objectives into structured tasks, milestones, and deliverables, and track to completion. Proactively resolve risks, obstacles, and challenges as they arise. Ensure all deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Strong core project management skills are an absolute must.
The PM needs to be an excellent collaborator with outstanding communication skills, highly detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and deliverables effectively.
Not essential for the PM to be deeply technical, but having experience with software development lifecycle and experience working with developers, architects, and data engineers is a big plus.
A PM who has experience navigating and collaborating with multiple technology groups to drive deliverables, manage priorities, and provide air-cover for the team is a plus.
A PM who can provide progress and status updates, including creating PowerPoint slides and decks, and who is comfortable presenting to both technical teams and the leadership team is a plus.
Additional info: Strong project management skills, independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $195,200.00.
