Position Description:

Technical & Behavioral CompetenciesMandatory technical expertise required :
• Oracle /T-SQL & PLSQL - Very Good understanding on Relational databases and should be able to use SQL efficiently. Candidate having knowledge on optimization of stored procedures, queries, indexes, partitionining etc is prefrerred
• Extensive hands-on Python and data related libraries (Numpy and pandas)
• Data mining, analysis and basic understanding on ETL process.Direct Responsibilities
• Understand the need of Business teams, and propose solutions to implement the same.
• Propose, when relevant, the architecture & flow of new applications that would help them integrate with existing ones and with the whole data architecture being developed
• Develop, when relevant, different components of this architecture/flow of the applications.
• Collect data from multiple various sources to calculate the client contribution data.
• Automation of recurring actions and implementation of tools to facilitate the support and evolution of applications
• Contribution to the evolution of the application architecture to improve the quality of service provided to users (Business)
• Specialized area of expertise required – Core python (Pandas, OOPs concepts, ETL techniques), SQL
• Management of workload - Experience in prioritizing and systematically organizing tasks, demonstrating sensitivity to urgent matters, completing tasks in a timely manner
• Analysis/Problem solving – Very good with analytical and problem solving skills, should be able to proactively find out the issues and suggest/implement the solutions.
• Communication – Should be able to articulate the information to be shared in the understandable way to the people from different background (technical/non-technical). Should possess excellent presentation skills.
Contributing Responsibilities
• Prioritization of the tasks and keeping good balance of technical and functional knowledge.
• Contributing to the team to work in agile framework.
