This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
As a core partner of the Business & Strategic IT Consulting practice, you will be an internal and external expert related to driving organizational transformation through project leadership and change management fundamentals. We help our clients at various stages of their transformation journeys, so this role will have the opportunity to both help shape strategic goals and overcome various operational challenges during implementation. This includes supporting executive leaders through mobilization planning and roadmaps, assessing transformation maturity, and leading implementation engagements to overcome cultural and organizational barriers.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Lead and deliver large client engagements that drive digital and organizational transformation and help develop and implement effective change management strategies while deepening relationships with client executives and CGI teams
. Lead interdisciplinary project team across technology, domain experts, business consultants and senior leadership while managing and supporting key client stakeholders and serve as the main contact for clients, managing progress, risks, and outcomes.
. Design & present deliverables to senior leaders and executives that bridge the gap between technology and business Lead business development activities, including RFPs, proposals, and client relationships.
. Develop practice capabilities, create a positive team environment, and support recruitment efforts.
. Ensure high standards of engagement management, including project plans, financials, and risk management.
. Lead creative and effective workshops to help clients identify key priorities, shape strategic initiatives and identify critical enablers and barriers
. Co-create transformation strategies with clients based on assessment of current state (across technology, organization & people, business model) and desired future state.
. Develop specific frameworks including transformation strategies & organizational design, operating models and mobilization roadmaps that accelerate value across the enterprise or key departments. Additional deliverables may include developing change management strategies and plans (communications, training, adoption plans)
. Seamlessly transition between business and technology groups when working with clients to ideate customer solutions, design services, and work to implement action items
. Develop strong client relationships and business development opportunities while anticipating client wants/needs and articulating strategic point of views
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 4-5 years of previous business consulting, agency, or other professional services experience, ideally supporting the financial services industry
. Deep experience in large scale project/program management and leading transformation projects
. Demonstrated professional experience is change management fundamentals, qualitative research & discovery, and leading implementation teams
. Experience with workshop and meeting facilitation, particularly with senior executive level participants and stakeholders across enterprise departments
. Strong practical knowledge of strategic frameworks and methodologies, change management tools, operating model development, financial analysis, and/or business transformation roadmap design
. Excellent presentation and writing skills, with ability to tell a meaningful story
. Enthusiasm for problem solving, innovation, and human-centered design
Required Level of Education (include certifications):
. Degree or equivalent professional experience
