Join our Melbourne team as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and take on a pivotal role where you’ll oversee high-profile managed service engagements. This highly autonomous role is perfect for an experienced professional with a passion for client relationship management, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll lead service delivery operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and nurture client relationships to ensure service excellence. Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing and reporting on all work performed by the CGI support teams to meet contractual service delivery commitments.
• Building trusted partnerships with clients by understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Monitoring service performance, driving continuous improvement, and achieving agreed Service Levels.
• Identifying business growth activities and opportunities for account expansion and identifying areas of innovation and efficiency within client accounts and CGI support teams.
• Applying structured delivery practices, leveraging ITIL frameworks for effective service management.
• Managing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy across client accounts, and identifying efficiencies.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in service delivery management. You’ll bring:
• Proven experience in managing IT service delivery operations as well as proficiency in overseeing operational teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills, backed by exceptional communication abilities.
• Financial acumen, including experience managing account budgets and forecasting.
• Commercial expertise in contract management and service costing.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting client needs.
• The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving sustainable growth.
• ITIL Foundations certification (advantageous).
You must hold full permanent work rights in Australia to be eligible for this role.
