System Analyst (Energy sector)

Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a Billing and CRM system for an Energy sector company. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, assess system functionality, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the technology aligns with business goals.

Your future responsibilities:
• Working with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Defining and documenting APIs and data exchange requirements with third-party systems.
• Working closely with development team to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Ensuring the implemented solution aligns with the documented requirements and business objectives.
• Conducting workshops and requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholder and technical teams.

Required qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or Product Owner.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Energy or a related field.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience with databases (SQL, MYSQL,Oracle), APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other SW development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Bonus: Experience or knowledge of Dynamics CRM 2013/ Dynamics 365.
• Bonus: Experience with energy sector-specific sales information systems & processes.
