Position Description:

In this context, we are looking for a Tech Lead Dynamics 365 CRM to strengthen our well-established practice in Quebec and contribute to the success of large-scale projects.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead Dynamics 365 CRM, you will be at the heart of the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and innovative solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will play a strategic role as a technical reference and mentor within development teams.
Main Responsibilities:
• Technical Design and Architecture:
o Define the architecture and technical standards for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
o Design optimized data models and business process flows tailored to client needs.
o Implement advanced integration strategies with other systems (SAP, Salesforce, custom applications, etc.).
• Technical Leadership and Development:
o Lead and support development teams (developers, analysts, functional consultants).
o Ensure adherence to best development practices (SOLID principles, DevOps, CI/CD).
o Oversee code reviews and guarantee performance optimization.
• Implementation and Deployment:
o Supervise the development lifecycle (design, build, testing, deployment, support).
o Integrate and deploy applications via Azure DevOps.
o Manage environments and oversee Dynamics 365 version upgrades.
• Business Needs Analysis and Client Interaction:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
o Participate in design workshops and the development of technology roadmaps.
o Recommend innovative solutions and propose continuous improvements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in developing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, Customer Engagement, Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights, etc.).
• Proficiency in the following languages and tools:
o Back-end: C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Power Automate, Plugins, Azure Functions.
o Front-end: TypeScript, JavaScript, React/Angular (a plus), PCF Controls.
o Microsoft Platform: Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps.
o Databases: SQL Server, FetchXML, OData, Common Data Model.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for third-party system integration.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, automated testing.
• Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures, with expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• Technical leadership and ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.
