Job Overview:
Example: CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Security Business Analyst ( Vulnerability ) with strong expertise in Qualys/Tenable, reporting, dashboards, and risk prioritization to build and manage scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Focus: Scanning, reporting, and tracking vulnerabilities to ensure timely remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular vulnerability scanning using tools like Sysdig, Qualys, and Tenable.
• Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and create detailed reports for remediation teams.
• Track the lifecycle of vulnerabilities from identification to closure, ensuring all activities are documented in Archer and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with the Lead BSA to refine triage processes and improve reporting dashboards.
• Provide support to infrastructure and application teams by clarifying vulnerability details and remediation requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Mandatory Skills:
• Vulnerability Management: 3-8 years of experience in vulnerability analysis and reporting.
• Security Tools: Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or Sysdig.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• ITSM Knowledge: Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for ticket management and tracking.
• Technical Acumen: Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, databases, and networking, to effectively analyze vulnerabilities.
