Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic transformation projects for our clients across the energy sector. These projects typically include system implementations, process redesign, and digitalization initiatives that shape how our clients operate and serve their customers.
This role goes beyond coordination - you will actively shape scope, contribute to key decisions, and ensure delivery stays aligned with business objectives. You will work across client expectations, team execution and evolving priorities, helping bring clarity and direction where needed.
You will operate in a collaborative environment where business and technology perspectives come together, and where proactive thinking and ownership are valued. The role offers real influence on how projects are shaped and delivered, not just how they are executed.

Your duties and responsibilities:
• Taking end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timeline and budget.
• Ensuring scope supports intended outcomes and challenging it when it does not.
• Managing changes, priorities and trade-offs together with the client, making impacts on delivery transparent.
• Maintaining clear alignment with stakeholders on what will be delivered, why it matters and what compromises are involved.
• Balancing delivery progress with quality, stability and customer impact, adjusting focus when needed.
• Leading the delivery team day to day by setting priorities, clarifying responsibilities and driving execution.
• Ensuring the team understands both what is being built and the underlying business rationale.
• Identifying risks, dependencies and gaps early, and providing concrete options for resolution.
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and aligning business and delivery perspectives.
• Running meetings and governance with a focus on decisions, clarity and next steps.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Experience leading IT, digital or transformation projects with responsibility for delivery, budget and schedule.
• Background in business analysis, QA or similar roles, with strong involvement in requirements, processes and delivery decisions.
• Ability to connect scope, requirements and delivery choices to business value.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence in making trade-offs and judgement calls.
• Clear, structured communication with both clients and delivery teams.
• Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Fluency in Estonian and English.
• Bonus: Experience in the Energy sector and with ERP/CRM implementations.
• Bonus: Exposure to client-facing roles or stakeholder management at senior levels.
