CGI Montréal is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to spearhead an enterprise data management program. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage program risks, and ensure the successful delivery of data governance, warehousing, and analytics initiatives. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data management programs
• Align data governance and architecture initiatives with strategic business objectives
• Proactively manage program risks
• Communicate program health, roadmaps, and ROI to executive leadership
• Manage stakeholder expectations across business units
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional Agile teams (data engineers, architects, analysts)
• Remove impediments and accelerate time-to-market

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience leading complex data projects in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in data quality and reliability, security and compliance, and ethics and consent
• Experience with project management and tracking tools such as JIRA
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Delivery-driven mindset

Location: Montreal
Work mode: Hybrid

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
