Intune Engineer (L2/L3) – MacOS, iOS & Windows Management

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Intune Engineer to manage and support Apple devices (macOS and iOS) within a Microsoft Intune environment. The primary focus of this role will be endpoint management, compliance, security, deployment, and troubleshooting of Apple devices. The engineer will also provide secondary support for Windows endpoint management and modern workplace technologies

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities – Apple Device Management

• Administer and support macOS and iOS devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and manage Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Manage Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP).
• Configure and maintain Volume Purchase Program (VPP) applications.
• Create and manage Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Conditional Access Policies, Device Restrictions, and Application Deployment Policies.
• Manage certificate deployment and renewal processes.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and policy issues.
• Support device lifecycle management including provisioning, replacement, and retirement.
• Monitor device health, security posture, and compliance status.
• Application Packaging for MacOS

Windows Endpoint Management
• Support Windows 10/11 devices managed through Microsoft Intune.
• Create and maintain Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, Update Rings, Feature Update Policies, and Quality Update Policies.
• Troubleshoot Windows enrollment and device management issues.
• Support Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Assist with application packaging and deployment.
• Support endpoint security configurations and remediation activities.
Security & Compliance
• Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines.
• Support Conditional Access and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Monitor compliance reporting and remediation activities.
• Assist in vulnerability remediation and security audits.

Operational Support
• Handle L2/L3 incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and major incident resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Microsoft 365, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in change management and release activities.
