Your future duties and responsibilities:

You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering advanced data science, AI, and visualisation projects. Working directly with clients, you’ll design and deliver intelligent, user-friendly solutions that drive business success and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead & inspire a data science and visualisation team
• Design & deliver AI-driven tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with clients to shape impactful solutions
• Oversee Agile delivery and quality outcomes
• Mentor and support team development

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You’ll bring experience leading data-driven projects, strong technical skills in AI or analytics, and a passion for creating intuitive solutions that deliver value.

Essential:
• Proven experience in data science, AI, or analytics
• Skilled in Power BI or Tableau
• Strong stakeholder and client engagement
• Team leadership and Agile delivery experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable:
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
