Job description

Position Description:

Hands-on experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or similar.
Experience with automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent).
Familiarity with IT Operations / Production Support environments and health check processes.
Strong knowledge of working with APIs, SQL, and data handling for automation.
Good understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Nagios, ServiceNow event monitoring, etc.) is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to convert manual SOPs into efficient automated workflows.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
