About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join Market, Liquidity Risk & Valuations department in a leading international bank. The successful candidate will work with a team developing a Market Conformity Check application, ensuring that traders operate fairly and transparently with their clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Scrum Master to help establish and refine Agile processes within a dynamic and high-impact environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team on Agile best practices and Scrum principles.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization and effective communication.
• Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder the team’s progress.
• Support the team in improving delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements in Agile processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (5+ years) in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience working in the financial sector, preferably within Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, or Valuations.
• Previous experience setting up Agile processes in teams with limited or no prior Agile framework.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and risk specialists.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is an advantage.
