Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, guiding them through agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile values, principles, and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure team productivity and momentum.
• Act as a bridge between Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
• Promote self-organization and team ownership of deliverables.
• Ensure teams maintain a healthy backlog and help Product Owners refine and prioritize work.
• Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support organizational agile transformation and champion best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II), or equivalent.
• Experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus).
• Background in software development or QA is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or Agile metrics.
