Position: Lead Analyst

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provides technical leadership for SAP BO development and ensures quality and standards across reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP BO development activities1
• Define design standards and best practices
• Review technical designs and code
• Resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor development team
• Coordinate with QA, Admin, and stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with SAP BO tools (Web Intelligence, Universe Designer, IDT).
Strong experience in report development (WebI reports).
Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Experience in data modeling and universe design.
Exposure to performance tuning and optimization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have Skills:
Experience with SAP HANA / BW.
Knowledge of ETL tools.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
Experience in migration/upgrades of SAP BO.
Understanding of BI reporting tools and analytics.
