Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. This role is primarily focused on designing and delivering advanced enterprise AI solutions, with strong emphasis on Agentic AI, LLM-driven systems, and Conversation AI, followed by NLP, ML, and Deep Learning use cases.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the full AI/ML lifecycle, from business problem understanding and data analysis to model development, evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring. This position requires strong expertise in autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, RAG architectures, enterprise AI integration, and transformer-based NLP systems, along with the ability to build robust, production-grade AI solutions for real-world business environments.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing autonomous AI agents using LLMs, reasoning frameworks, planning strategies, memory, and decision-making logic.
Building and orchestrating multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
Integrating AI agents into enterprise applications, APIs, workflows, and automation pipelines.
Incorporating MCP and A2A concepts within multi-agent ecosystems where relevant.
Developing advanced Generative AI and Conversation AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, and related platforms.
Building and optimizing RAG pipelines, retrieval workflows, tool-calling systems, prompt orchestration layers, and grounded enterprise knowledge systems.
Developing memory-aware conversational systems with appropriate guardrails, contextual grounding, and scalable architecture.
Applying LoRA and QLoRA or similar techniques for efficient model adaptation where required.
Leveraging transformer-based architectures such as BERT, Sentence Transformers, and encoder-decoder models for enterprise NLP applications.
Delivering NLP solutions for text classification, summarization, question answering, entity extraction, semantic retrieval, intent detection, and conversational understanding.
Executing the full machine learning lifecycle, including business understanding, data mining, EDA, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Working on ML use cases involving regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
Contributing to AI solutions involving Computer Vision, OCR, document intelligence, and multimodal AI, where applicable.
Productionizing AI/ML systems using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines.
Building lightweight demo applications, internal tools, and enterprise AI interfaces using Streamlit or Gradio, with optional frontend collaboration where needed.
Required Experience
5–8 years of relevant industry experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversation AI, NLP, ML, and Deep Learning.
Proven expertise in designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
Experience with multi-agent orchestration, LLM application development, and advanced AI solution design.
Strong knowledge of RAG systems, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integration.
Hands-on experience with transformer-based NLP architectures, semantic retrieval, and conversational understanding systems.
