Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex front-end applications using React.js.
• Define architecture and best practices for React-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Review and maintain code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and documentation.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth and responsive UI.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level front-end developers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end technologies and advocate for modern development practices.
• Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
• Ensure application meets accessibility and responsive design standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile development processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Working with front end JavaScript framework
•working in TypeScript
• writing unit tests for said front end
•writing responsive front end
•working with front end component library (e.g. MUI, etc...)
•working with interacting with REST APIs
• NextJS experienceExperience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
•Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
•Familiarity with TypeScript and component-based architecture.
•Proficiency in using Git for version control.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) frameworks like Next.js.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, etc.).
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Sentry, etc.).
• Experience in leading remote or distributed teams.
