Total Experience - 10 to 15yrs
Location- Bangalore

Must have 10 + YEARS experience in project management
Must have handled projects with minimum duration greater than 12 months
Must have handled project with multiple teams working in parallel
Must have experience in managing medium and high complexity fixed price projects
Must have experience in managing stakeholders across multiple Geographies
Must have experience in leading IT Infra services projects for large IT Infra outsourcing deals
Must have managed transitions of large projects across geographies
On time and quality delivery of the projects to meet client's success criteria
Proactive management of client relationship and communication with the client to ensure a high level of satisfaction
Should have managed multiple projects

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Must have worked on building and negotiating proejct management approach / plan for large IT Infra outsourcing contracts with clients
Track project performance to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals of the project.
Managing the budget: monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses, identifying opportunities to increase value for money achieved
Reporting the progress of the project at regular intervals to the relevant stakeholders
Adept in working independently with client to execute the project
Capable of building & providing impromptu transition and transformation solution
Ability to perform consultative role for new work to identify billable work opportunities during transition and provide appropriate estimation/proposals to request or with the help of Solution team
Have good understanding of various operational and technology transformations applicable in Infrastructure Services
Experience with end to end, Total Outsourcing deals transition. Knowledge of transition across service management, tools, various technology towers, in existing global delivery model engagements
Process
Well versed with building large Transitions project plans and execute in line with commitment
Support end-to-end sales cycle process for Infrastructure managed services deals (covering End User Computing, Data Centre, Cloud, Networks and Security).
Create and deliver impressive Transition approach presentations of customer's current IT analysis, corresponding solution elements and Target Operating Models
Well versed in IT Presales, sales and transition Processes involving Solution/Proposal Preparation, Due diligence, Transition planning & execution, transition Closure and stage wise effective communication plan to update and seek attentions of stakeholders/action owners.
Behavior/ Soft Skills
Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver results with minimal supervision
Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills
Good presentation skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
