At CGI, we are looking for a Product Owner to join an international project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven track record managing software or automation products through the full lifecycle—from ideation to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, backlog management, and sprint execution tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, DevOps, QA, Operations).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories and acceptance criteria are clear, actionable, and aligned with business value.
- Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define features, integrations, and enhancements for end-to-end fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, and Analysts to deliver features using Agile principles.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
- Track progress against milestones and KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and process gaps, driving mitigation and continuous improvement.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting alignment across domains.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in Automated Fulfillment, Logistics, or Pharmacy Operations.
- Exposure to Cloud-based systems, APIs, and data integration.
- Familiarity with Data & Analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or large multi-team delivery environments.
- Technical understanding of workflow automation or robotics systems.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.

- A skilled Product Owner is sought to lead product planning, backlog management, and delivery execution across two main areas: Fill, Pack & Ship and Data & Analytics.
- This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, defining clear user stories, and driving the development of scalable, data-driven solutions that support Walgreens’ fulfillment modernization strategy.
