Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance Consultant with 7+ years of strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Finance.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across core Finance modules and end-to-end P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes, with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
The candidate should be capable of independently owning the Finance workstream, working directly with business stakeholders and clients, and delivering successful D365 F&O implementations or major rollouts.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the Finance functional workstream for D365 F&O implementations and rollouts.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Design and document functional solutions and specifications.
• Configure D365 F&O Finance modules based on business requirements.
• Work extensively on:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash & Bank Management
• Fixed Assets
• Budgeting
• Tax / Withholding Tax
• Financial Dimensions
• Intercompany Accounting
• Period-End and Year-End Closing
• Configure Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Account Structures, Posting Profiles, and Legal Entities.
• Support end-to-end P2P, O2C, and R2R Finance processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical/development teams.
• Lead functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation.
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and technical integration teams.
• Independently manage Finance deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Finance.
• Strong hands-on functional implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience with Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O Finance.

• Strong problem-solving and functional consulting skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with AX-to-D365 F&O migration/upgrades.
• Experience with global template / multi-country rollouts.
• Experience with large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of D365 F&O integration with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and other modules.
• Experience with D365 Data Entities and data migration tools.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, or Dataverse.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is an added advantage.
