Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

. Windows Server Administrator SME with 6–10 years experience in managing Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) environments
. Strong expertise in Active Directory (user/group management, GPO, replication, troubleshooting)
. Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
. Working knowledge of VMware vSphere (VM provisioning, snapshots, basic resource management)
. Experience in server lifecycle management (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades)
. Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, File & Print services
. Strong experience in L3 incident and problem management in enterprise environments
. Exposure to backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
. Knowledge of security hardening, patch compliance, and vulnerability remediation
. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
. Experience working with monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds or equivalent)
. Ability to collaborate with network, storage, security, and cloud teams
. Exposure to VMware vCenter administration (preferred)
. Good-to-have experience in Azure / hybrid infrastructure
. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
. Ability to handle critical incidents and on-call responsibilities
. Experience in documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge transfer
. Capable of acting as L3/SME and mentoring junior engineers
