Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). The ideal candidate will drive cloud transformation, automation, and modernization initiatives while ensuring stable and secure operations across hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
Lead and support cloud migration and modernization initiatives (on-prem to Azure/AWS).
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage identity and access services including Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), SSO, and MFA.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline operations and deployments.
Monitor infrastructure using tools like Azure Monitor / AWS CloudWatch and ensure proactive alerting.
Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
Ensure compliance with security policies, including patching, hardening, and access control.
Collaborate with DevOps and application teams for CI/CD integration and platform improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
Must-Have Skills:
Core Experience
• 10+ years in Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering
• Strong experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid environments
• Deep hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration
Cloud (Primary)
• Strong hands-on experience in at least one:
o Microsoft Azure
o Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proven experience in:
o Cloud migration
o Infrastructure modernization
o Cloud operations
Windows & Identity
• Expertise in:
o Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP
o Azure AD / Entra ID
o SSO and MFA implementation
• Strong knowledge of:
o Windows security hardening
o Patch management
o Troubleshooting
Automation & Scripting
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with:
o Terraform / ARM / Bicep / CloudFormation
• Exposure to CI/CD tools:
o Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions
Operations
• Experience in:
o Incident management
o Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
o Problem management
• Monitoring tools:
o Azure Monitor / CloudWatch (or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
AWS / Azure Architect certifications
Microsoft certifications (Windows / Identity)
Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKAD)
