Join us as a Test Engineer (Assembly, Integration, and Verification Engineer) and become a vital contributor to the Galileo program, Europe's prestigious global satellite system. Working on a mission-critical system within the Galileo infrastructure, you'll strengthen security and data protection in the realm of satellite navigation. Your role in our team
In your position, you will take on a central role in the Assembly, Integration, and Verification (AIV) of the Key Management Facility (KMF) of the Galileo Mission Segment, driving mission-critical systems for one of the world's most respected space programs.
• You will contribute to the Galileo program, enhancing satellite navigation's security and data protection.
• Your role spans international clients, including the European Space Agency and the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA).
• You'll verify component and element requirements, execute tests, and ensure the system's robustness.
• Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills make you an integral part of our Rotterdam-based team.

Desired qualifications include hands-on experience in mission-critical or space projects, familiarity with ESA GSWS-G standards or their equivalents, a knack for test automation (UFT), and a solid grasp of Linux, SQL, and 3-tier web-based development architectures, particularly in Java and Oracle.
Your top-notch communication skills are a valuable asset as you work collaboratively in a team. Your readiness to travel to client sites and CGI offices across Europe is highly regarded.
With a Bachelor's degree (HBO or WO) or higher in Information Technology/Telecommunications or a related field, you're already on the path to success. We expect a minimum of two years of relevant work experience, making you a strong addition to our team. Please note that holding an EU passport is mandatory for obtaining an EU Personal Security Clearance at the CONFIDENTIAL level, which is a part of our selection process.
