Position Description:
This position will manage and execute all aspects of Fielding Training of MLRS/HIMARS Software System Suites and support analysis of software Incident Reports for operational impact for the PM STORM Project/Product Offices and MLRS/HIMARS units in combat operations. Support will include but not limited to Multi-discipline Test site support, Development of Training Material, coordination with US and FMS MLRS/HIMARS Units, Developing and executing Software In Briefs m(SWIB) and New Material In Briefs (NMIB's).
This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Support all levels of staff including peers, team members, management and customer.
• Support test team and fielding team members on a technical basis to ensure that they provide correct solution to the operational users.
• Develops new concepts in Field Artillery Launcher capabilities as related to communications and overall mission execution.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting software deficiencies identified by operational users according to the projects processes and procedures.
• Must be capable of translating operational requirements into detailed software/system requirements.
• Prepare training material and conduct unit level training
• Provide support in FCS software fielding activities
• Provide analysis, identify applicable workarounds in support of Program Configuration Control Boards (PCCB)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelors Degree
• Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship and a SECRET clearance are required
• 3-5 Years Operational experience with MLRS/HIMARS
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
• Must be a self-starter which requires minimal supervision.
• Must be able and willing to travel, to include international travel (25%)
• Requires a valid US tourist passport
• Capability to communicate and develop briefing products in MS Office Suite of programs
• Ability to be able to lift 75 lbs. of equipment
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• DoD Instructor Qualification course or 5 years' experience writing and teaching training material to US ARMY, USMCS MLRS/HIMARS and or MLRS/HIMARS FMS Units.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800.00 - $150,200.00.
