Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop and create high-quality content for presentations (PPTs), technical documents, and reports related to infrastructure services.
• Technical Documentation: Format and update technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Excel Proficiency: Use Excel to manage data, create charts, and produce detailed reports.
• Diagram Creation: Utilize Microsoft Visio to create detailed diagrams and flowcharts to support technical documentation.
• Project Planning: Use Microsoft Project to assist in creating and maintaining project plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to gather necessary information and ensure that content accurately reflects the services and capabilities of the company.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, style, and accuracy.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in infrastructure services.
• Templates and Standards: Develop and maintain content templates and ensure all documents adhere to company standards and branding guidelines.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to format technical documents and reports.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and managed services is a plus.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Graphic design skills for creating engaging presentations.

• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
• Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
