Position Description:
As part of the framework agreement concerning project management expertise, we are seeking your collaboration in identifying a project manager who will be responsible for updating our HR systems following the new collective agreement negotiations for branch personnel (CC SEMB project).
The candidate is expected to:
Manage the CC SEMB project - Project start-up phases, business case, project brief, execution, close-out.
-Establish and maintain a governance framework for the project, including participation in other HR projects.
-Ensure the required availability of competent resources on all projects.
-Control and monitor project scope, schedule and costs.
-Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks
-Manage scope changes and requirements
-Ensure efficient and relevant flow of information to stakeholders
Ńd per week (part-time). The Project Manager will work directly with SAQ's Talent and Employee Experience (TEE) teams and will be integrated within the Office of Strategic Initiatives (BRISE), which will provide the necessary support in terms of project management methodologies.
The main skills required are as follows:
- Experience in project management with multiple stakeholders and accountability at an executive level
-Experience in project management in a unionized environment and understanding of collective agreements
-Fluency in budget management and detailed reporting
-Knowledge of the SAQ (asset)
-Experience in managing software publishers and external partners;
-Good command of Microsoft tools, and more specifically Microsoft Project.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the function, which requires interaction with national and international customers.
