Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position but you will be expect on client site/CGI Offices 1-2 days a week on average.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead and support end-to-end process analysis and design across complex client environments, helping organisations understand how work is done today and how it can be improved tomorrow. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, facilitate collaborative workshops, and translate business needs into pragmatic, value-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will take ownership of defined workstreams or small engagements, balancing quality, risk, and delivery while contributing to wider transformation initiatives. Supported by experienced colleagues and proven methods, you’ll have the space to innovate, share knowledge, and help grow capability across the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead & analyse end-to-end process mapping, optimisation, and redesign initiatives
Facilitate & advise through client workshops and senior stakeholder engagements
Design & support change initiatives, including impact and adoption planning
Use data & insight to define KPIs, identify root causes, and track benefits
Manage & deliver workstreams in line with CGI governance and quality standards
Build & maintain trusted relationships across clients and delivery teams
Coach & support junior consultants and review high-quality client outputs
Contribute & shape proposals, estimates, and future client opportunities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
You will bring strong experience in process analysis, consulting, or transformation roles, with the confidence to work directly with clients and lead defined pieces of work. You combine structured thinking with a collaborative mindset, using data and insight to influence decisions and deliver practical change.
- Proven experience in process mapping and optimisation (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar)
- Strong client-facing consulting skills with senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience supporting business change and transformation initiatives
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations
- Experience managing workstreams, risks, and delivery governance
- Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exposure to tools such as Soroco (desirable)
