Position Description: Candidate is required to work on one of the CGI owned Intellectual Property product - Trade360®-Mizuho. Comprehensive and highly customizable, CGI Trade360 is a proven global platform that currently supports bank trade services in 80+ countries and 130+ locations across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania, with more than 30,000 portal users.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Able to work on client implementation site for Trade 360. Should have Trade domain functional knowledge.
• Analysis of functional designs.
• Writing detailed use cases.
• Working with development team in doing knowledge transfer of functional requirements and assisting them from time to time during coding and unit testing.
• Working on test strategy to ensure developed system meets the stated and implied client’s needs.
• Work with testing team on test planning, test case scripting and execution.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education Qualification: Graduate, Preferably MBA.

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of trade products such as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Bills for Collection, along with end-to-end process knowledge
• Ability to create clear, structured, and effective design documentation
• Proficiency in conducting both manual and automated test executions to ensure software quality.
• Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases and automation scripts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, writing user stories, and managing backlogs.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills for interacting with business, technology, and operations teams.
• Have good knowledge in defect tracking tool JIRA/HPQC/Bugzilla and good exposure in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-based solutions used in trade processes.
