Required Skills and Experience
• 5+years of experience in web development knowledge using ArcGIS Javascript 3.x and 4.x version along with angular integration of GIS code base
• 5+ years of experience with Esri / ArcGIS software (Desktop,Server,ArcPro technologies),Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online
• 3+ years of expertise with MS SQL Server / Oracle for enterprise geodatabases
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS for Server software including installation, configuration, optimization - both manual and using Chef recipes
• 5+ years of experience in creating map documents using different style of symbology to be consumed via ArcGIs Server
• 2+ years of experience on spatial proxy configurations
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS python API, ArcPy, for automations of map service publication’’

Helpful Skills and Experience:
• Experience in configuring/implementing/customizing GIS web viewers
• Experience in administering/configuring/implementing/customizing Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online
• DBA experience with SQL Server / Oracle
• Prior consulting experience including significant interaction with clients
• Experience with IIS configuration including SSL/HTTPS and using ARR with Reverse Proxy Servers
• Moderate proficiency with Python and ArcPy
• Experience creating ArcGIS Server geoprocessing services
• Excellent English, both written and spoken, and comfort communicating with a variety of clients, and other professionals
• Experience with design, integration and implementation of ArcGIS for Server-based enterprise GIS solutions
• Provide a significant solution for integrating with different GIS Sub-systems for successful rollout of applications/Project
• Review feature requirements and recommend appropriate hardware and/or software configurations, solutions
• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and performance tune ArcGIS for Server-based Enterprise GIS Solutions
• Perform software and hardware planning, licensing, acquisition, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Vigorously and enthusiastically participate in GIS design and troubleshooting discussions with clients and teammates
• Explain technical issues and solutions to audiences of widely varying technical abilities clearly and patiently
• Take ownership of CGI's CI/CD ArcGIS server and maintain the automated solutions.
• Evaluate new/emerging technologies and how they might be of use to CGI and CGI's clients
• Establish and maintain strong, healthy professional relationships with clients and CGI teammates, partners and affiliates, across multiple geographies
• Represent CGI in different forums to Report progress to clients
