INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST INTERNSHIP PROGRAM // BNP PARIBAS ADVISORY BENELUX // Fixed term contract (6 months)(extendable)

The Internship at a Glance

Our Internship will allow you to experience the role of an Analyst , for a minimum of six months, in a leading team focusing exclusively on  Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisory , with a wide  variety of strategic M&A projects  across diverse industries, both within Belgium and in numerous cross-border projects.

And in detail

As an intern, you will help us  deliver value to our clients  on their most important strategic decisions and transactions, from the start until closing. This entails company and sector research, preparation of information memorandums, financial valuation and modelling, analysis of potential buyers/investors and much more. As you gain experience, you will gain increased responsibilities, including hands-on work on live transactions, with the best learning curve that a graduate can expect.

The position is  based in Brussels  at the headquarters of BNP Paribas Fortis.

 

The team you will be joining

BNP Paribas Advisory Benelux is part of the global BNP Paribas Fortis group.

The BNP Paribas Advisory team comprises more than 400 seasoned  Investment Bankers  located around the world. Our bankers  focus on helping our clients , institutional and corporate, private equity firms or governments, with their most important strategic decisions and transactions, whether it is to merge, grow, innovate, refinance, acquire or sell a minority or majority stake in their company.

Your Talents & Skills

You are deeply interested in investment Banking, economics, and finance in general. You are eager to learn and can be full of energy. You believe in making a difference and you are looking for an opportunity in a dynamic and evolving environment.

You are fluent in English and Dutch or French and you are graduated from a university or business school , preferably with a  focus on finance.
